We at Hobbs use fresh seasonal food and locally source our products. We also strive to buy organic produce whenever possible. We are also working with our suppliers to ensure that they use sustainable methods. That is why our coffee is fairly traded.
We also believe that food should be simply prepared in small batches, so our soups and sandwiches are prepared daily using only the freshest ingredients.
Additionally everything we offer is available to go in our 100% biodegradable eco-friendly containers.
